The brief
Cover the CCI France Ghana election and general assembly across film and photography: the proceedings, the participants and the setting, documented accurately and presented to an institutional standard.
The challenge
Institutional events often carry significance beyond the room in which they happen. The record matters who was present, what was decided, how the organisation presents itself, which means coverage has to be accurate and discreet at the same time. Putting a camera in the room is not the job.
Our approach
We planned coverage around the formal structure of the assembly, with positions agreed in advance so the proceedings were never interrupted. Speakers, votes, delegates and the room were covered deliberately, alongside portraits and networking moments the Chamber could use in its own communications.
Production
Multi-camera video with dedicated audio from the podium, plus event photography throughout. Edited and graded in-house for corporate and institutional use.
